Domestic Shipping (US)

Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $100 per jewel via FedEx Overnight with PM delivery. A signature is required on delivery.

All shipments go out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. This guarantees the jewel is never sitting in a post office or on a truck over a weekend, as the insurer does not cover jewels over a weekend. If your purchase comes through by 3 pm Central, it will go out the next shipping morning.

International Shipping

International shipping charges depend on your location, so they are quoted before checkout. Please email your delivery address to patsy@patsycroft.com. I will assess the shipping cost and send it to you. Once you approve, you will receive a secure link to complete your purchase by credit card, with shipping included.

Shipping includes next day air by FedEx and insurance on the jewel. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges. A signature is required on delivery.

Domestic Returns (US)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date. Simply contact me at patsy@patsycroft.com to receive an insured return shipping label.

Once I receive the jewel in its original packaging, I will inspect it for wear or damage. This takes 2 to 4 business days. Once your return is processed, the refund, excluding return shipping charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

The provided return label must be used so that your return is covered by insurance.

International Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact me first at patsy@patsycroft.com so the return can be arranged as fully insured and trackable. The jewel must be returned in its original packaging, and the return must be insured, as a jewel that is lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.

Once the jewel arrives, I will inspect it for wear or damage. This takes 2 to 4 business days. The refund, excluding shipping charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Any customs duties or taxes you paid are not refundable by me. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.
